Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Gist Enfield. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle goods from intake through to dispatch, adhering to our health and safety culture
  • Load and unload vehicles while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Scan and pick products, moving stock around the warehouse with ease
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets and goals

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.89, plus a £20.00 London Weighting allowance per week
  • Enhanced rates for weekends and overtime
