About the Role
This SEN Teaching Assistant role involves supporting class teachers with pupil behavior and learning, preparing lesson plans, and contributing to safeguarding and promoting student welfare. Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in managing pupil behavior and facilitating learning.
  • Collaborate with the teaching staff to prepare effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment, upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and promoting student well-being.

Requirements:
  • A minimum 2.1 degree from a Top 20 UK University.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a cheerful team player, possessing a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
