As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standard of care and support is delivered to our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in specific areas such as medication and care reviews, and creating an environment that is warm, welcoming and vibrant.
You will be expected to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
