Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Executive Pastry Chef in managing the pastry section
  • To maintain high standards of presentation and quality control
  • To develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary and Benefits:
