As Pastry Sous Chef, you will have the privilege of crafting exquisite culinary experiences with the Head pastry chef and develop within the business.

What's involved?

In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to create an inspiring culinary experience for the guests. You'll take the lead in mastering exquisite desserts, from delicate petit fours to mouthwatering deserts, as well as an afternoon tea offering. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent excellence in pastry production.
