We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and companionship they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, hobbies, and outings.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication and document care activities as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 p/h weekdays and £12.50 p/h weekends, plus holiday pay and pension.
- Full-time and part-time roles available, with a minimum of 1-hour client visits.
- Ongoing training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care.
- A friendly and supportive team environment, with 24/7 on-call support.

- No prior experience in care is necessary, as we provide full training and support.
- A kind and compassionate approach to care, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of flexibility.
