We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Carer. As a Carer with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with companionship, personal care, and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, hobbies, and outings.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication and document care activities.
- Liaise with the office to discuss client needs and preferences.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00 p/h weekdays and £12.50 p/h weekends, plus holiday pay and pension.
- Full-time and part-time roles available, with a minimum of 1-hour client visits.
- No uniform required, allowing you to blend in with clients' families.
- Mileage paid at 30p per mile, plus travel time paid.
- Double pay on Bank holidays.
- Fully paid ongoing in-house training, including the Care Certificate.
- 1:1 mentoring from an experienced Care Professional.
- Funded study for NVQ Level 2 & 3 Apprenticeship.
- A friendly and supportive team environment, with 24/7 on-call support.
