The Senior Expeditor position at Wood is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of Purchase Orders in line with project schedules and purchase order terms. This involves coordinating all aspects of desk and field expediting as determined by project strategy, processes, and procedures.

The role requires managing and monitoring expediting activities to ensure personnel have a clear understanding of processes and procedures. It also involves identifying delivery improvement opportunities through detailed analysis of supplier project schedules.

Key qualifications for the Senior Expeditor position include:

  • Qualified to ISCED Level 4/5
  • Expediting experience demonstrating results
  • Detailed knowledge of Suppliers, Manufacturing Schedules, and Expediting
  • Detailed knowledge of terms and conditions of purchase/supplier obligations

Experience in a similar level role, use of ERP's such as Maximo, Oracle, SAP, and broad knowledge of Suppliers are also essential.
