Located in one of the busiest restaurants in Manchester, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our guests.

The RoleAs our Restaurant Manager, you will oversee a team of 40+ wait staff, head waiters, and assistant restaurant managers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example and setting high standards for customer service and quality
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Mentoring and supporting team members to ensure their growth and success
