**We are currently recruiting for a Head Bartender to join one of our exclusive bars at The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Luxury Collection Hotel and its Peter Street Kitchen restaurant.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to join one of our exclusive restaurants at The Edwardian Manchester as Head Bartender.
- Achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
- Direct the bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

**About You**:

- Current in-depth beverage knowledge, including, cocktails, fine wines and champagnes.
- Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
- Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
