Hospitality Support Assistant

About the Role:
As a Hospitality Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Compass UK & Ireland Careers. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing high-quality food, adhering to strict hygiene protocols and presentation standards* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient operations* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues efficiently* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promoting menu items and upselling where possible* Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet changing business needs* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, always striving for improvement* Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock levels, waste management, and cleaning schedules* Contribute to achieving business objectives, driving growth and innovation through teamwork and collaboration

About You:

Salary Estimate:
This role is estimated to pay around £18,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
