**Job Overview:**

Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity, offering flexible and rewarding opportunities to support individuals in our community. As a Relief Support Practitioner in Lochgilphead, you will be an essential part of our Home Care, Mobile Home Care, and Responder services.

About the Role:

  • Support people to live independently in their own homes, providing personal care and assistance with daily activities.
  • Prepare meals and offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Work proactively to prevent hospital admissions.

You will have the opportunity to work across various services, including evenings, weekends, and nights, ensuring a varied schedule and flexibility.

Your Requirements:

  • Caring and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and welcome challenges as opportunities to shine.
  • Driving license preferred but not essential.

**Salary:** £23,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits.
