Electrical Maintenance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians to ensure site availability targets are met and that all work is conducted safely.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of electricians to ensure site availability targets are met
- Ensure all work is conducted safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and performance metrics
- HNC in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a time served Maintenance Electrician with suitable experience in a production environment
- At least five years broad experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience of DSL & SCADA control systems
- PLC programming experience
- Experience of a computerized Planned Maintenance System
- A proven track record in technical process improvement, cost reduction and experience in Lean manufacturing techniques
