Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of electricians and ensure site availability targets are met while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of electricians to achieve site availability targets and ensure all work is conducted safely.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Manage and maintain a computerized Planned Maintenance System.
- Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain a culture of safety and quality within the team.
Requirements:
- HNC in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a time served Maintenance Electrician with suitable experience in a production environment.
- At least five years broad experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience of DSL & SCADA control systems.
- PLC programming experience.
- Experience of a computerized Planned Maintenance System.
- A proven track record in technical process improvement, cost reduction, and experience in Lean manufacturing techniques.
