We are seeking an experienced Advanced Technical Support Engineer to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will have a basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum, with opportunities to earn a bonus, and will work in a hybrid environment with 2 days of remote work per week.

The key responsibilities of this role include acting as the final point of escalation for 2nd Line Engineers, providing expert support and troubleshooting for complex issues, and performing advanced diagnosis, repair, and upgrades for a variety of hardware and software.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the final point of escalation for 2nd Line Engineers
  • Provide hands-on support for server, network, and infrastructure environments
  • Perform advanced diagnosis, repair, and upgrades for a variety of hardware and software
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum + bonus
