This two-year graduate development scheme is designed to accelerate your career in engineering, providing you with hands-on experience and the opportunity to work on real projects that impact safety, security, and technological advancement.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the chance to develop skills in various engineering roles, contributing to projects that cover precision components and systems. You will gain knowledge of concept generation, design, manufacture, processing, assembly, safety, reliability, maintenance, testing, and commissioning.

You will be placed in a range of environments, allowing you to focus on a specific technical area or explore diverse projects. Our core programme of leadership, business, and 'soft skills' training will support your personal and professional growth.

We estimate a salary of £30,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
