Community Outreach Practitioner

We are seeking a Community Outreach Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals who require support due to various reasons, and contribute to making a positive impact in their lives.
No prior experience in care is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided by our award-winning learning & development team before you start working. This initial training includes classroom-based sessions that equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your role.
Compensation package: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum based on location and job requirements
Key responsibilities:
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support to individuals
- You will participate in ongoing training and professional development
- You will have access to regular support and supervision from experienced professionals
