Community Centre Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

As a result of the retirement of our existing manager, we are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our vibrant community hub. The successful candidate will provide strategic vision and strong leadership to a committed and values-driven team, delivering services that have a genuine impact on local people's lives and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the community centre team
• Develop and implement services that meet the needs of local people
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and partners
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the community centre

Requirements:

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and committed individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, volunteers, and local stakeholders.

What We Offer:

• Competitive rate of pay
• Five hours per day, Monday to Friday
