About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD/MM Developer to join our team at FPSG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in the areas of Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) using SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business analysis support to the business, ensuring that systems and business processes continue to meet the requirements of the business.
  • Perform configuration of SAP systems using the SD and MM modules, aligning with proposed solutions defined and agreed with the business during business analysis.
  • Perform testing and development of test scenarios, including automation of testing.
  • Provide daily monitoring of SD and MM issues, including data integrity, and rectify any issues through proactive collaboration with the business' functions, 3rd parties, and other IT functions.
  • Provide expertise within their functional area on the use and development of systems and business processes, ensuring they continue to meet the requirements of the business.
Requirements
  • Business process experience in the chemical industry is essential.
  • SAP SD/MM Process modules qualifications are preferred.
  • Three successful full life-cycle implementations of SAP SD are essential.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including project experience from an IT perspective and documenting process, is preferred.
  • A track record in change management is essential.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of relevant industry practices and processes.
  • Knowledge of business processes.
  • Technical configuration experience in SAP Sales and Distribution and Materials Management is essential, with at least three full project cycles and tangible examples of support.
Behavioural Skills
  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for service delivery and attention to detail.
  • Highly numerate and analytical.
  • Strong networking and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Language Requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with Mandarin being useful but not essential.
