Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Construction Recruitment Consultant. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced recruitment team and develop your skills in construction recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process for construction professionals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and shortlist candidates for construction job openings
  • Conduct interviews and assessments for construction job openings
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
