Recruitment Consultant

Join a leading executive search consultancy as a Recruitment Consultant and take your career to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and consulting with candidates to find the best fit for our clients.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong network of sector-specific candidates. You will have experience in recruiting managerial and executive-level candidates, as well as technical and competency/behavioral interviewing. A CIPD level 3 or 5 qualification would be highly advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates to meet client requirements
- Developing and expanding your market sector and identifying new business opportunities
- Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
- Managing a portfolio of clients and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Requirements
- University graduate/graduate calibre with lots of drive, ambition, and commitment
- Experience in recruiting managerial and executive-level candidates
- Technical and competency/behavioral interviewing skills
- Strong network of sector-specific candidates
- Organized and structured with excellent time management skills
