Exciting Opportunity for a SEN Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at The Holden School. As a Therapeutic Led, Trauma Informed School, we provide individualised curriculums for our young people supported by our Class Teams, Pastoral Team, and our own Therapists.

As a SEN Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil's achievement and ability to develop, supported by the school and Outcomes First Group's national support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for pupils with SEND
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans to meet the needs of each pupil
  • Work collaboratively with the Class Team, Pastoral Team, and Therapists to provide a holistic approach to pupil support
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies
