Job Title: SEN Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at The Holden School. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering the school curriculum to pupils with varied and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the school curriculum to pupils with SEND
  • Take a creative approach to teaching, ensuring delivery of the curriculum in a way that maximises pupil achievement and ability to develop
  • Work collaboratively with the school and Outcomes First Group's national support team to ensure successful outcomes for pupils
  • Develop and implement individualised curriculums for pupils
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • Excellent teaching skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching styles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
