Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the Eastern Contracts team, ensuring compliance with contractual performance targets and operational delivery of services.
* Provide direction and leadership to the team, including performance management and staff satisfaction.
* Ensure the quality management system (QMS) is up to date and fit for purpose, including risk registers and action plans.
* Investigate and resolve serious incidents and complaints.

Requirements:

* Previous management and leadership experience.
* Qualified Registered Nurse (NMC) with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £52,000 - £56,200 per annum, depending on experience.
* Full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
