As a Rehabilitation Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients
- Supporting patients in undertaking their rehabilitation program
- Assisting patients with daily living activities and personal care when needed
- Communicating effectively with the clinical team and reporting any issues or concerns
