Citi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Entity Support Specialist to join our Belfast team. As a key member of our Company Secretarial team, you will play a critical role in supporting the governance and compliance needs of our global financial institution.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the organization of Board and Committee meetings, including agenda setting, meeting pack preparation, and minute taking.
- Maintaining legal entity data integrity, including Power of Attorney maintenance, statutory registers, and delegated signatory lists.
- Providing support for KYC requests and corporate projects, including liquidations and intra-group transfers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of governance and compliance tasks.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with a strong understanding of governance and compliance principles. If you have a background in company secretarial or a related field, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
