Maintenance Engineer

Working 3 Shifts rotating Mon - Fri
Key Responsibilities:- Be an integral part of the Maintenance team, participating in shift-based support activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve the productivity and safety of plant machinery and equipment.
- Implement and adhere to maintenance schedules, contributing to minimum production losses and ensuring equipment functions to the highest standards.
- Complete maintenance reporting systems as required, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation.
- Investigate accidents/incidents in alignment with the company's Health & Safety Policy and report any unsafe practices.
- Provide backup support to the Maintenance Team Leader and Engineering Manager, ensuring excellent housekeeping at all times.
- HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant field – Electrical or Mechanical.
- A multi-skilled approach with proficiency in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance.
- The ability to work independently, managing workload effectively without direct supervision.
- Engineers with current or recent experience as Maintenance Technician, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer or Shift Engineer will have the right skills for this role.
