Job Description

Harrison Products is seeking a highly experienced and commercially-minded Financial Director to lead the company's financial and operational ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-range financial plans, including annual and 3-5 year strategic plans, and present to the Board.
  • Manage profitability through financial and operational controls, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee cash and working capital management, including treasury management, to optimize return on capital.
  • Deliver insightful performance reporting, robust budgeting, and financial control, providing critical information to senior leaders.
  • Identify and capitalize on investment and expansion opportunities, driving business growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the regional leadership team to ensure a strong understanding of financial and operational issues, linking financial and operational information to strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and execute day-to-day operational functions, including compliance, tax planning and strategy, and financial reporting, ensuring the team delivers on financial modeling, commercial analysis, and strategic projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Director or Chief Financial Officer, with a track record of adding tangible commercial value.
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with and influence peers at the boardroom level.
  • High energy and persistence, with the ability to work at pace across a broad region.
  • Experience in exploiting analytics and data to support commercial decision making, strategy, and performance improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and reporting, with a focus on developing best-in-class commercial and financial insights and teams.
