Treasury Analyst Role

Ultimate Banking is seeking a skilled Treasury Analyst to support the Head of Treasury in managing the Society's liquidity, wholesale funding, interest rate positions, and treasury-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Treasury in the management of the Society's liquidity and wholesale funding.
  • Assist in the analysis of interest rate positions and treasury-related projects.
  • Produce accurate minutes at the Assets & Liabilities Committee.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Finance teams, as well as senior management.
Requirements
  • Academic background in mathematics or economics, or work-based experience in Treasury or Accounting.
  • Curiosity and ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to interpret mathematical information and understand trends.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Organized, able to plan and take ownership for your workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Prepared to study or studying towards relevant accounting or treasury-related qualification.
  • General understanding of the financial services industry.
