Job Summary

The successful candidate will join Sodexo's team at HMP Peterborough as a Business Operations Coordinator, playing a crucial role in supporting the prison's performance goals. Key Accountabilities
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Possess strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Hold experience in health, social welfare, or voluntary sectors (desirable).
  • Have a basic understanding of the English legal system (desirable).
