Job Title: Asset Improvement Manager

Niyaa People Ltd is looking for a skilled Asset Improvement Manager to join our team in Cambridgeshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering property related works, managing assets, and improving services. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on asset improvement programmes and conduct property inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake Disrepairs, Awareness Notices, Stock Condition surveys, and other property inspections.
  • Identify required asset improvements and develop high-quality services to deliver mixed tenure work programmes.
  • Oversee the delivery of cyclical and capital work projects in accordance with legislation and make appropriate recommendations.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Hold AssocRIC, MRICS CIOB, Degree in Surveying qualification or be currently undertaking it.
  • Proven experience in working with others to deliver property related works.
  • Experience of working within a building, surveying, and maintenance environment.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages.
