Childcare Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as a Deputy Nursery Manager. This role involves supporting the nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5 years.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and be able to lead by example, inspiring colleagues to strive for excellence. With at least 2 years of managerial experience, you will be well-equipped to manage a team, motivate staff, and make informed decisions.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer holiday pay, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management team to achieve outstanding outcomes
- Leading and developing a team of early years professionals
- Ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Maintaining high standards of safety and safeguarding
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above qualification in childcare or related field
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in an early years setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
