About the Job

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager at Moto's Cobham Extra Services location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues in delivering exceptional customer service and sales within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Performance Indicators

  • To achieve the store's financial targets through effective management of labour costs, stock control, and cash handling.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • To maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all aspects of store operations.
  • To lead shifts, including opening and closing the store, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high-volume, retail, or catering brand environment.
  • Previous experience working to and delivering against budgets, P&L, labour costs, and ratios, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience motivating and increasing the performance of your team with mentoring, training, and succession planning.
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure in a pressurised environment.
