About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, implementing person-centred care plans, recording observations, and performing duties necessary to promote the dignity, independence, and well-being of our residents.

Requirements
  • Previous experience of undertaking personal care in an employed or voluntary capacity
  • Experience of working with the elderly or those with special needs, or relevant experience of providing personal care to such client groups
  • Previous experience of moving and positioning, or willingness to attend training
