Systems Design Lead

The Gold Group is seeking an experienced systems design lead to drive system engineering to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to elicit, define, and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
This role involves working with industry-leading requirements management tools and methodologies to organise, track, and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle. You will analyse and validate system requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility, and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Liaise with cross-functional teams and customers to elicit, define, and document system requirements. Use industry-leading requirements management tools and methodologies to organise, track, and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Analyse and validate system requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility, and high-quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and manage changes to requirements, adapting to evolving project needs. Integrate requirements into the broader systems engineering process to ensure seamless communication across engineering disciplines. Work closely with the engineering team to achieve outstanding project results. Participate in internal and external meetings, shaping the direction of projects with your insights. Maintain organised documentation in line with local operating procedures and industry best practices.
What We Offer:

Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in requirements management within complex systems engineering projects. Familiarity with industry-leading requirements management tools and methodologies. Strong analytical skills to validate and optimise system requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, excelling in a team-oriented environment. Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches. Famility with industry standards related to systems engineering and requirements management. Security Clearance (SC) or eligibility to gain is required.
