Facilities Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities Operations Assistant to join our team at MP Jobs Ltd t/a MP Recruitment Group.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the facilities team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the campus. This will include coordinating with suppliers, monitoring service level agreements, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including coordinating with suppliers and monitoring service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including tracking key performance indicators.
- Assist with the planning and organization of facilities-related projects and events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including facilities staff, management, and other departments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities-related policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- A high level of computer literacy and numeracy, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A practical, can-do approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take ownership and drive tasks to a successful conclusion.
