Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Assistant to join our team at MP Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across the campus, including landscaping, infrastructure maintenance, facilities management, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize work to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize a high level of computer literacy to support daily operations.
  • Apply a practical, can-do approach to problem-solving, taking ownership to drive tasks to a successful conclusion.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience in coordinating and managing suppliers and contractors, monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
  • Good organizational skills and a high level of computer literacy and numeracy.
Working Conditions

This is an office-based role, working full-time hours from 9:00 to 17:30.
