Education Support Professional

We are looking for an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team in Grays, Essex. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting children's learning and development.
About the PositionThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, and provide one-to-one or small group support for students who may need extra help with their learning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to support children's education and personal growth, with a minimum GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
We offer competitive pay rates, starting at £15-18 per hour, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent later.
As a Teaching Personnel employee, you will have access to free child protection and prevent duty training, as well as assistance with obtaining a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students who may need extra help with their learning
- Help students with their academic progress, personal development, and social skills
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £27,000-£33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
