Supporting Education Professionals
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide additional support to our pupils. At Connex Education, we strive to create a nurturing and proactive learning space with a strong focus on delivering high-quality education to our dedicated students.

The successful candidate will be proactive, passionate about education, and committed to giving 100% in their role. They will need to be confident going into a classroom and building strong relationships with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.

We aim to create a vibrant learning environment where students feel safe and welcomed. We have a great reputation in our local area for providing high-quality standards of education.

About the Role Requirements
  • A Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent UK educational qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in education is essential.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
