Job Summary

The University Hospital of the North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapist to fill a senior leadership role within the Therapies Urgent Care Team at the Royal Stoke Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the clinical delivery of care in a specialized area, leading the clinical team and organizing staff and resources to meet service standards and demands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Provide specialist training to therapy staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze and evaluate complex information from various sources to inform decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate (NHS) experience with considerable experience in the specialty area.
