Contract: Permanent, 37 hours

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fragrance and Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CHANEL Beauty. As a Fragrance and Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for demonstrating your passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the sales performance by leveraging all different levers that you will be provided with (products, services, clienteling tools, events, etc.)
  • Uphold an omni-channel mindset to directly benefit the client, producing a seamless experience from in-store to online and vice versa
  • Be part of a collaborative and inclusive community to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Fragrance and Beauty product knowledge: you can close the sale linking product knowledge to client needs
  • Passion: you show enthusiasm for Fragrance and Beauty products, services, and you are able to demonstrate it to the customer, managers, and team members.
  • Achieving sustainable growth and performance based on targets and KPI's
  • Nourishing a beauty culture, constantly following latest trends and being pro-active in self-learning
