About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents' safety and comfort
  • Oversee medication administration and provide medical support as needed
  • Contribute to household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare and cook meals, promoting healthy eating habits
