Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and caring Care Worker to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities
  • Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene
  • Support clients with their medication at the agreed level of support and as detailed in their Medication Care Needs Assessment
  • Maintain detailed accurate records of client care and support
Requirements
  • Must have a caring and compassionate approach to care and support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£11.85
  • A full-time contract of 40-45 hours per week or a part-time contract of 20-25 hours per week
