About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a key member of our accounting function, you will report directly to the Financial Controller and assist in the day-to-day running of the Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of the monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Produce financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Reconcile and balance sheet accounts, including weekly and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits
  • Reconcile and manage off-sales documentation
  • Verify and process sales commissions
  • Update daily estimates and actuals
  • Reconcile and manage bonus debt
  • Process EMAC statements
  • Reconcile and manage eBay, Shopify, and Amazon accounts
  • Optimize financial systems and processes
  • Supervise the purchase ledger and ensure timely invoice processing
  • Manage the sales ledger and ensure debt collection
  • Hold weekly debtors meetings with department managers
  • Communicate effectively with department managers and assist with financial matters
  • Prepare daily cash flow forecasts
Requirements
  • Experience in the retail motor trade or automotive industry
  • Knowledge of Kerridge software desirable
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • AAT qualification
