Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ROTHERWOOD RECRUITMENT (2020) LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Close sales via telephone or virtual platforms, utilizing strong negotiation and influencing skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers, leveraging excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive business growth.
  • Identify and secure new customer accounts, ensuring ongoing sales and target achievement through proactive and strategic account management.
  • Achieve pre-agreed sales targets linked to bonus payments, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams.
  • Problem-solve and adapt under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Commit to personal and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business success.
