About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Engineer/Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team at Synapri. As a senior hire, you will be at the forefront of our technical strategy, leading the architecture, design, and implementation of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead technical projects across multiple domains, driving the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  2. Participate in design reviews, system architecting, and adopting best practices.
  3. Mentor junior engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy and innovation.
Ideal Skills and Experience
  1. 5+ years of software engineering experience, with ideally some previous leadership skills.
  2. Proven ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Experience writing and maintaining Unit, integration, E2E, and regression tests and test suites.
  4. 2+ years of experience with AWS utilizing tools like Lambda, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB.
