Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Manager for Children and Young People at Roslin House, an 8-bedded respite service in Glasgow and Ayrshire.

About the Role:

As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people aged 5-18 with additional support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effective management and development of a staff team.
  2. Shift working, including days, evenings, and weekends, is a requirement of the post.
  3. Working towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory requirements, with support from our organisation.
