Children's Team Leader Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Team Leader Nights at The Mungo Foundation. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a positive impact on the lives of those we support in our various services across Glasgow and Ayrshire.
About the RoleAs a Children's Team Leader Nights, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and support to children and young people with additional support needs. You will work closely with the Registered Service Manager to implement innovation and maintain a positive environment for both those we support and our staff group.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality person-centred care and support to children and young people
- Manage and develop a staff team to ensure effective delivery of care and support
- Communicate effectively with all those we support, their families, other professionals, and agencies
- Audit and monitor all areas of systems and practice on a regular basis
- Ensure appropriate safeguards are in place
Shift working, including nights, evenings, and weekends, is a requirement of the post. If successful but unqualified, you will have to work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory requirements. We will support you with this.
