Head of Private Credit

Ardent Financial Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Private Credit team. As Head of Private Credit, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing private credit transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and structure private credit opportunities, working closely with clients to develop tailored credit solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients, providing ongoing advisory and support to meet their financing needs.
- Conduct detailed credit risk assessments and due diligence, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of originating and managing private credit transactions.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
