Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and maintaining our competency cloud system to ensure that all training requests are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
  • Sending regular training reports and matrices to stakeholders.
  • Notifying employees of expiring training and assisting them in booking new courses.
  • Booking company training requests and managing relationships with training providers.
  • Maintaining a list of approved training suppliers and applying for training grants as necessary.
